Ursula joined Absa in an entry-level position in 1984 after completing school. Within her 30 years with Absa, she worked herself up to a private banker in the Wealth division.

In her role as a private banker, she handled a variety of important client accounts, including the Moti Group’s bank accounts.

In 2014, Ursula joined the Moti Group of Companies full-time, where she continues to manage all its bank accounts across its different assets.
